Our method of teaching is interactive with an emphasis in communication which is adapted to your needs. There is an active exchange between teacher and student that includes modern techniques of teaching Spanish as a foreign language. With our experience we have created sufficient materials for learning Spanish rapidly according to the needs of each student. For travellers, business needs and the four primaries of linguistics: speaking, listening, reading and writing. We have done this without loosing sight of the fact that communication is essential.

Part of the progress of each student depends upon individual dedication as well as the teacher's monitoring homework progress and distributing textbooks and materials according to the student's level.

All Levels. Students at beginner, intermediate or advanced levels are welcome to study with us at San Marcos Spanish School. Classes are one student to one experienced teacher. San Marcos has a range of accommodation to suit every taste and budget. You can choose to stay at Il Giardino and received discounted prices while registered at the school or you can choose to stay any other hotel in San Marcos.

Flexible You can decide the pace at which you wish to study.

1-8 Week programs The courses range from one to eight weeks. Hourly options range from 3 to 6 hours a day.

We also offer a wide range of activities so our students can practice their Spanish and at the same time, learn about local Mayan culture, history and politics.

Graduation. Each Friday students who have finished their Spanish Language studies are presented with their graduation certificates
